Strategy Development
Joshua has secured over $2 million in grants and funding for essential community programs. This funding has enabled the development and expansion of resources that support our communities.
Expanding Reach
Joshua has led successful expansion efforts to bring youth-focused programs to new locations, including Los Angeles, Kansas City, and London. These initiatives have allowed his organizations to impact thousands more young people across different regions, building a broader, more inclusive support network.
Policy Advocacy
Joshua has directed diversity and inclusion initiatives across multiple states and regions, creating environments that welcome and respect all community members. Additionally, he has influenced public policy and agency practices to reflect the needs and perspectives of vulnerable communities.
Projects
Throughout Joshua's career he has only had one focus - build community.
Seniors
Worked on programs to support seniors dealing with Alzheimer’s and their families. Partnered with local groups to make sure information and resources are easy to access, especially for communities that speak different languages, so everyone affected can find the help they need.
Youth
Created programs for young people to get involved in health and wellness initiatives. Partnered with organizations across the Midwest to spread awareness about health trials and give young people tools to stay informed and engaged in community health issues.
Community
As a concerned resident, I’ve worked to address high taxes and find ways to make life more affordable for residents. I listen to community concerns and work on practical solutions to make our town financially stable and a great place to live for everyone.
